Superior Court of Washington, County of
 In re:
Petitioner/s (person/s who started this case): No.

                                                         Declaration of
                                                         (name):
 And Respondent/s (other party/parties): (DCLR)

     Declaration of (name):
1. I am (age): 35 years old and I am the (check one): Petitioner Respondent
Other (relationship to the people in this case): Raina Goodnight-Ralidak's preschool teacher

2. I declare: Raina Goodnight-Ralidak was a student in my preschool classroom for the

2022-2023 school year. During this time, I never witnessed any signs of abuse while

Raina was in her mother's, Veronika Goodnight, care. Raina never disclosed any accounts

of abuse regarding her mother to me either. Whenever Raina was upset or

dysregulated, she cried for her mother. This signified to me that she felt peace,

comfort, and love from her mother since that is who she called for when she was at her

worst. This also signified to me that the bond between Raina and her mother was postive,

      safe, and trusting.
